Milestones MK was created by Glenn Hayward to help ambitious businesses manage the critical stages in their life cycles.
Drawing on his successful executive career spanning 30 years, Glenn helps clients form their strategic plans and financial targets and assists them to deliver their business milestones. Helping them improve the conduct and performance of their business along the way.
As a qualified Chartered Accountant, a former Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer, Glenn draws on his career experiences and extensive network to benefit our clients. A career that delivered growth strategies, consistently exceeding budgeted profit and cashflow targets.
Addressing Challenges and Providing Flexible Support
Glenn’s career milestones addressed material change initiatives, such as significant capital investment projects, company acquisitions, product launches, new market entries, raising new finance, restructuring and leading successful business exits. Some, or all of which, are relevant to your business. His work also includes operational consulting, notably leading the setup of a Project Management Office for a growing company to enhance delivery capability and align strategic goals with execution.
He also acted as a board level director for 15 years, following diplomas in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.
