Introductory Meeting

A free-of-charge introductory meeting with you – where we listen to your business situation, performance and ambitions. We then discuss how Milestones MK could assist you to achieve your ambitions – working with you in a way that suits your business and your budget.

Initial Assessment

Next is the Initial Assessment – this phase often focusses on the drivers of value in your business. It involves research by us as well as a workshop with you and your colleagues. Under non-disclosure obligations, we review and discuss key business information and produce a report tailored for your business, outlining our initial observations and recommendations. While the Initial Assessment is charged, we offer a healthy discount if you form an ongoing engagement with us.

Proposal

We then have the Proposal – based on your specific needs, the proposal sets out what we agree to deliver for your business, how and when it will be done, we agree logistics such as time on site with you, and set a budget that satisfies your needs.

Assignment

Subject to your feedback on the Proposal, we then Commence the Assignment. We deliver updates and reports as agreed with you, typically having a regular meeting in the calendar to update you on progress.

For project work, each week we report the time spent on the assignment and summarise our progress. This keeps you up to date on the costs incurred and actions delivered.
